This page explains what happens to the information you give Dan & Becky when you RSVP on their wedding website.
What we collect
Your name, email address, mobile number, RSVP answer, names of anyone attending with you, dietary requirements or allergies, accessibility needs, each guest’s meal and drinks choices, and any message you choose to leave — whatever you enter into the RSVP form.
Why we collect it
To plan the day: catering numbers, dietary and accessibility needs, and to text or email you if anything changes close to the day. Nothing you submit is used for marketing, and nothing is shared beyond the venue and caterer where it’s needed to plan the event.
Who sees it
Dan and Becky, as the site administrators. Allergy and accessibility information is never displayed publicly and is only visible to logged-in admins.
How long we keep it
RSVP entries and exports are deleted after the wedding (September 2027).

Email danbexirvine@hotmail.com at any time and we’ll remove your information.
